FRNeck pain · Geneva
A structured review of neck pain, mobility, radiating symptoms, loading and safety factors before a treatment plan is built.
Rue de Fribourg 7 · 1201 Geneva

Neck pain may include stiffness, scapular pain, selected headache presentations, muscle tenderness or symptoms into the arm. Distribution, progression and neurological examination guide priorities.
Conservative care may combine medical massage, mobilisation, post-isometric relaxation, neurosegmental work and exercise. Imaging is not required for every pain presentation but can matter after trauma, with neurological signs or an atypical course.
The plan targets concrete activities: turning the head, sleeping, screen work, driving or returning to sport.
