The reviewed report may include medical, rehabilitation, integrative, or combined options and may identify uncertainty, safety precautions, contraindications, or escalation criteria. It does not authorize the patient to start, stop, or change prescribed medication or medical treatment without the responsible prescriber.

No treatment can be guaranteed to relieve symptoms, avoid surgery, restore full function, prevent recurrence, or produce a particular return-to-work or return-to-sport date. Cost, availability, insurance coverage, and individual response may affect the practical pathway.
